Berry Blast Nice Cream – Love Sweat Fitness

Have you tried making nice cream? I feel like there were so many recipes coming out that were overcomplicated and didn’t ever turn out the way I hoped. So, I created this nice cream recipe to help simplify it for all of us and make a dessert this twice as nice! Not only is it a healthier option than traditional ice creams (lower in sugar, fat, calories, etc.) it also has added benefits for you!

This nice cream recipe includes Wing Woman – our berry pomegranate immunity boost! She’s loaded with flavor, zero grams of sugar, and everything you need to strengthen your defenses. With your daily dose of vitamin C, D, elderberry, echinacea, goldenseal root powder, and several other incredible adaptogens you can feel AMAZING getting down on this nice cream recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 2 cups  mixed berries
  • 1 can coconut milk refrigerated overnight
  • 2 scoops LSF Wing Woman
  • 1 scoop LSF Plant Protein in Vanilla 
  • 2-4 tbs maple syrup 

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth
  2. Serve immediately for a soft serve nice cream or place in a freezer container for at least 4 hours for a harder texture.

Side note – if you’re a chocolate lover, you can totally swap out the Vanilla Plant Protein for Chocolate for a delicious twist on this recipe. Even add a dash of extra cocoa powder to make it a richer dutch chocolate berry blast!.
